Community Health Education Presenters' Training - North New Zealand

The Community Health Education Presenters' (CHEP) training is the old vegetarian cooking demonstrator training course which has been totally revised and updated. This course will help mobilise church members to contribute to their communities using health information.

The CHEP course consists of 4 weekend sessions plus correspondence work to be completed between sessions.

The cost of the entire 10-month course is $330 per participant. The New Zealand Pacific Union Conference (NZPUC) Health Ministries Department is committed to covering 1/3 of the fees per participant. Those who wish to participate may also consider asking their local church for assistance to cover 1/3.

The NZPUC Health Ministries Department will be conducting the CHEP training for up to 25 people from the North NZ Conference commencing 11 November, 2011.
